Privacy policy

The Site Administration strives to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and other information obtained from Site Users. Therefore, every User, regardless of whether they have a registered account on the Site, is required to familiarize themselves with this Policy.

This Privacy Policy defines the scope and purposes of processing and using personal information provided by the User when creating an account on the Site.

By creating an account on the Site, the User fully and unconditionally accepts all terms of this Policy, and in accordance with Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," grants permission for the processing of their personal data in line with the purposes outlined in this Policy and the Terms of Service. Providing personal information during account creation indicates voluntary consent to the processing of personal data by automated or non-automated means. The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the rights and obligations of the User, Site Administration, and third parties.

The User guarantees the completeness, relevance, accuracy, and authenticity of the personal data provided and confirms that the personal data belongs to them. The User undertakes to update personal data as it changes.

In the event that third parties make claims to the Site Administration related to the processing and use of the User’s personal data, the User agrees to resolve such claims independently and at their own expense.

The Site Administration reserves the right to refuse account registration without explanation. In such cases, the User’s personal data will be deleted.

Collection and Use of Confidential Information

  1. The Site Administration collects and stores information about the User during Site usage. The Site Administration takes all necessary measures to properly ensure the storage and use of confidential information. Information collection occurs automatically when visiting and using the Site.
  2. Collection of personal data is conducted based on Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and Part 1, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations" (Information contained in the Unified State Register is open and publicly accessible except for tax identification numbers and passport data).
  3. Information collected by the Site Administration:

3.1. Account Information — When creating an account on the Site, the User provides their first and last name, email address, address, and other account-related information such as date of birth, gender, etc., which can be updated in their personal account.

If the User is a business entity, they must provide relevant documentation confirming their authority to act on behalf of the entity or as the owner.

If the User discovers full or partial misuse of their data, including duplicate accounts, they must notify the Site Administration.

3.2. User Activity Information — The Site Administration collects data about Site usage, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, computer or mobile device information, browser type, language, IP address, operator, provider, device identifier, location, and referral links. Users can disable some data transmission via their browser or device settings.

Cookies

  1. The Site Administration may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local browser storage, scripts, identifiers, or similar technologies, including in emails, to provide various services.
  2. Cookies are used for:
  • Preferences and services; ensuring proper Site functionality.
  • Security; preventing unauthorized use of data and complying with legal requirements. For example, cookies help identify logged-in users.
  • Notifications; for instance, cookies can prevent showing login notifications repeatedly.
  • Advertising; displaying ads relevant to the User and their interests.
  • Analytics; helping analyze user behavior to improve and update the Site.
  1. Cookie Management: Users may disable cookies via their device or browser settings but acknowledge this may affect Site functionality.

User Personal Data Control

  1. Other Users and third parties may identify or associate a User with their account if the User includes personal data publicly. Users may reduce the likelihood of personal identification by using pseudonyms or anonymity but acknowledge this may reduce trust in their Site publications.

Data Storage and Account Deletion

  1. Users may delete their account by sending a relevant request. Upon receipt, the Site Administration deletes the User’s public posts but may retain User information according to this Privacy Policy, especially for investigation or prevention of rule violations.
  2. Account deletion does not remove ratings, reviews, or other information related to other Users’ and third parties’ activities.
  3. To delete personal data, contact call-center managers with your linked email and phone number. Your account will be deleted within five business days.

Processing of Personal Information and Third Parties

  1. Personal data processing is performed without time limits by any lawful means, including automated or manual systems.
  2. Processing is open and transparent, carried out with means and methods consistent with the processing purposes.
  3. Confidential personal data shall not be processed without consent except as required by law for national security, economic well-being, or human rights.
  4. When processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject, processing without consent is allowed until consent can be obtained.
  5. Personal data is processed only as long as necessary for the lawful purposes it was collected or further processed for.
  6. Users consent to their data being shared with third parties solely to provide access to the Site.
  7. Users consent to cross-border data transfer.
  8. The Site Administration reserves the right to allow third parties to use User cookies under agreements to improve ad delivery.
  9. Personal data may be transferred to authorized Ukrainian governmental bodies only as prescribed by law.
  10. Users consent to collection, distribution, deletion, blocking, modification, or destruction of personal data per its processing and use.
  11. Use of customer emails:

11.1. Communication and notifications regarding accounts, orders, payments, and service updates.

11.2. Marketing purposes: promotions, sales, news, and special offers.

11.3. Analytics and service improvement.

11.4. Account recovery in case of lost access or forgotten password.

Security

  1. The Site Administration uses all available means to minimize risks of unauthorized access and improper use of confidential information.
  2. Users acknowledge no transmission method over the Internet or other communication means guarantees 100% security and waive claims against the Site Administration for unauthorized access by third parties.

Changes and Amendments to the Privacy Policy

  1. The Site Administration reserves the right to periodically amend or supplement this Privacy Policy. Upon changes, notifications will be sent via email or site messages before the new Policy takes effect. Continued use of the Site after the Policy comes into force constitutes User acceptance and understanding of the updated Policy.
